Magento powers a significant chunk of global e-commerce, and we're looking to expanded our pool of excellent maintainers! If you want to help shape its future and be a part of that direction, we'd like to hear from you.

Are you interested in joining our team of maintainers? We are looking for volunteers to help move the Magento code base forward!

Candidates should have:

• Demonstrable skills in Magento: public repos, PR history, technical blog posts, conference talks, module contributions on Packagist, etc.
• Proven contributions to the Magento Project, or another significant open source project
• Constructive communication style: Evidence of respectful, helpful interactions in public channels (GitHub, Slack, forums, Stack Exchange, etc)
• Certifications are a plus, but not required
