Are you passionate about social media and eager to make a tangible impact on the Magento Open Source community? As a Social Media Team volunteer, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our online presence, engage with a global audience, and drive community growth. This is your chance to utilize your creativity and social media savvy to support a thriving community while enhancing your own skills and network.
What to Do: As a Social Media Support volunteer, you will be responsible for engaging with our community by liking and reposting relevant posts, and assisting in creating and sharing content on various social media platforms. You will also help monitor social media trends to keep our community vibrant. We currently use Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn for our social media presence. You will work closely with the Content Team and SEO Team to ensure our social media efforts align with broader organizational goals.
Skills Needed: A basic understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and enthusiasm for community engagement. Familiarity with our specific social media channels is a plus. Good English proficiency is required, as all content will be published in English.
Time Commitment: The expected time commitment for this role is approximately 2-4 hours per week, depending on the scope of the tasks you take on.
