Millions of e-commerce merchants and other businesses use Mailchimp as their marketing platform to reach customers and grow sales. From small e-commerce shops to big online retailers, 17 million customers use Mailchimp to build on their e-commerce marketing strategy because the platform makes it easy to connect to stores, showcase products with style, recommend items and recapture lost sales.

And, you can automatically sync your Adobe Commerce/Magento Open Source store data with your Mailchimp account, making it easy to access all the features you need. The extension will take care of sending Products, Orders, Carts, Customers, Promo Codes and Subscribers to Mailchimp, allowing the use of all the features described below.

About the Extension

  • Communicate with your customers at exactly the right time
Use key automations to keep the communication ongoing with your customers. Once these emails are set up, they will automatically deploy based on your criteria. And, with the Customer Journey Builder tool, you can automate your customer’s journey to deliver relevant content based on behaviors and interactions.
  • Find similar people, grow your audience
Mailchimp’s Facebook and Instagram retargeting ads help you remind site visitors about your products when they check social media. You can create and publish ads that recapture your potential customers’ attention and increase conversion with customers who were once engaged with your products and brand. Social media can be an effective tool to drive traffic — from organic posts to targeted ads, Mailchimp makes it easy to build beautiful, on-brand posts that can get customers’ attention.
  • Sell more stuff with personalization
Generate personalized suggestions based on the purchase history of your customers with built-in product recommendations. Then, use abandoned cart emails to automatically follow up with people who leave your store without completing their purchase. The purchase likelihood tool looks at patterns in return customer behavior and can help you understand their likelihood of purchasing again. Focusing your efforts on higher conversion customers can help you best optimize your marketing efforts and budgets.
